I've already mentioned how much I'm enjoying this experiment. We're up at the lake and I'm catching up on some blogging (and working ahead a bit on this). Here's my January white board:
I would love to have it hanging on a wall somewhere, but for now it just lays on my ottoman in my sewing studio. I love to refer to it and am trying to get into the studio more often anyhow!
The Bible verse I used for January is 1 John 5: 14-15. "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us - whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of Him."
I am so grateful to God that He knows my heart and loves me. I'm glad He is still working on me, to mold me and shape me to be the person He wants me to be. I'm thankful for my slower pace of life at this stage and yet the bounty of opportunities to be active and involved.
January has been a blessing. I am filled with joy and gratitude.
